1. Request a quote |
| 2. Place an order Confirm your quote and details, remember we also accept suitcases and other items as well as our standard tea chest cartons (which we’ll supply you free!) A deposit is required at this time, however this is not an extra charge. |
| 3. Arrange the delivery We will deliver to you free cartons and packing material on a day that suits you best - just call us to book your delivery day. We can also store your stuff up to one month free if you’re going to be travelling for a while first. |
| 4. Prepare for collection Once you have finished packing simply tell us which day you prefer and we’ll collect your packed cartons, suitcases or other items. |
| 5. Final checks Payment and Important Document checks are completed. Your belongings will then be ready for either dispatch or storage, depending on what you’ve let us know. |
| 6. Your belongings in transit/storage Worldwide shipments will be enroute; Global Tracking* is available online for selected destinations. Storage will be held in your local deep storage facility. |
| 7. Final redelivery to you We will contact you to arrange the return of your belongings once they arrive. |
