they said i hadn't paid for my room when i had infact done so and charged me 60NZD over what i should've paid. its not worth it.

Staying at Vara's was lovely, you was directly on the beach. With an amazin view and the freedom to go any where on the accomidation. The staff gave a very friendly and homly feel about the place. They had all the latest infomation on the wall and a rep out side who arranged all the nights out. Varas is so close to the village and you can get cheep food as well as eating out. Vara's was peacful but gave the option to go out all night if you wanted! Varas was an all in all wicked place to be.

The Location of the accomodation on the Lagoon is fantastic, sunrises a gogo! Beachside dorms are very clean & spacious. Scooter hire & activities are all available directly through Vara's - Speak to Matt & he can sort out fishing, spearfishing & organises all the party nights out..

I arrived at Vara's Beach House at approx 12:30 am so i couldnt see much but the Staff that were up late working were very friendly and helpfull. When i woke up in the morning there were some friendly tourists in the shared kitchen making there beakfast and also the cleaner was walking around she also was very friendly :-) But the best part about my stay at Vara's Beach House was walking out onto the decking and seeing the amazing sites of the Crystal clear water and white sand it was such a shame that i had to be picked up to be taken to another hotel at 10am i really miss the Rarotonga and i will be returning for another holiday this year the locals are just so friendly and welcoming

it is located on the best beach (Muri) and has everything you need surrounding it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the room we stayed in was great. We stayed in a triple studio with bathroom and kitchen facilities and we enjoyed it thoroughly!
